NSHOS ARTISTS

Elizabeth Larson began studying classical piano when she was 9 years old. She inherited her talent from her mother, whose grand piano she practiced on. Her singing career started with choir at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Mattapan, not far from the Milton home where she grew up. She sang in the glee club at Milton High School, and has performed in various venues throughout the United States. Nowadays, she sings to her husband's accompaniment wherever he is booked to play the organ. She has a delightful contralto voice. Elizabeth is an award-winning poet and currently serves as secretary of the N.S.H.O.S.
